Transferable Lifetime Protection
Should you sell or transfer your home, rest easy knowing your Lifetime Warranty transfers seamlessly to the new owner—no hassle, no interruptions. Plus, our warranties are non-prorated, meaning you receive full coverage throughout the entire warranty period without reduction over time.
What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers:
Lifetime Warranty on Frame and Sash: Covered against defects including blistering, peeling, flaking, corrosion, and fading for the lifetime of the product from installation.
Insulating Glass Units: Guaranteed clear, unobstructed vision without fogging or dust buildup between panes for the product’s life. Greenhouse windows carry a 15-year warranty.
Patio Door Hardware: Hardware is warranted to remain fully functional for the lifetime of the product, excluding damages caused by misuse such as over-tightening.
Vinyl/PVC Laminate: Protection against delamination, chipping, cracking, or blistering for the lifetime of the product.
Comprehensive Component Warranties: Coverage on components including vinyl frame and sash parts, hardware, insulating glass panels, workmanship, mini blinds, and exterior paint. Please refer to our warranty documentation for detailed terms and coverage periods.
Screen Coverage: Punctures and tears are covered for 30 days (parts only; labor not included).
Solar Bond™ Standard Colors: Protected against defects like peeling, flaking, cracking, and major discoloration for 15 years (excludes damage from sunlight, heat, or abrasives).
Exclusions and Limitations
Certain damages are not covered, including those caused by:
Harmful pollutants and corrosion
Structural settlement or extreme weather
Minor imperfections or normal wear
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Improper use or application
Failure to maintain products or report visible defects before installation
Condensation inside windows (a natural occurrence due to humidity)
